Johnson Construction were tasked with creating 180 sqm of new office space for Willerby's expanding Park Homes delivery team, at its Hedon Road Facility.
This project involved the construction of new timber partitions, new ceiling structure, mechanical and electrical installations, flooring and decorations to meet the Clients, budgets on cost.
The works were completed ahead of the agreed programme time scale, with the staff moving in 1 week ahead of schedule.
